Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us a photo of the item and packaging.

Change of mind
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to request a return
Email us at mmsrakl@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
