Products & pricing
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
